2 weeks in St Augustine WOW!

So here is the skinny! Somewhere about Palm Coast we saw Black smoke coming out of the vents from the engine room. We were towed into St Augustine, and talked to the makers of the engines. That was a Thursday, (3/22) Cummings came down to take a look on Tuesday 3/27 and diagnosed a exhaust leak. The marina ordered the parts they came in on Friday 3/30 and discovered we blew a hole in the elbow on the exhaust in addition to the hoses, the elbow is a custom part, that had to be made for us.

Watched Bayside Community Church on line for Easter, and cooked a Lamb Roast in my Instapot. ( Love that Instapot )

Ron ordered the part on Friday 3/30 , with a scheduled arrival of 4/5, and of course to install the elbow the boat had to be pulled. Camachee Island Yard was amazing they worked overtime on Friday 4/6 to install and do sea trial. We were on the water on Saturday 4/7.

On a nicer note, Pat & Brenda came to visit, so great to see them!!! Visited old St Augustine, The Lighthouse and watched Michigan Basketball. Took time for a haircut, mani/pedi.

Camachee Island was wonderful, they had 2 loaner cars, and 3 restaurants on property. Very clean marina!!!!! The staff was amazing. Northward we go!
