The first settlement! Glass blowing, the Jamestown Settlement, & historic fort! They are still doing archeology

digs here and have 2 active spots they are currently working. We had a surprise here! As we toured the museum and watched the films we discovered that there was a May-Hartwell home here at the original settlement. Hartwell was an attorney, they have found seals from the wine bottles stamped with HH ( Hartwell House) and dishes with the Hartwell name on it. I contacted Ron's cousin Robert as the family historian. We will see!
